Helping Families Find Home And Hope

Since 2000, Sustainable Futures Project, has helped individuals and families move beyond survival toward stability, success, and significance

Our Story

Established by Dr. Eric R. Jones, whose vision combines professional expertise with a deep personal calling, SFP began as a single supportive housing program. Today, it’s a network of services that meets families where they are, providing emergency help and building the skills, resources, and confidence for a stronger tomorrow.

From our first program to our wide-reaching services today, we walk alongside families on their journey to lasting independence and hope.

Mission

To guide individuals and families beyond survival onto stability, success, and significance through compassionate support, housing, skill‑building programs, and community connections.

Vision

A future where every family has a safe home, the resources to thrive, and a supportive community.

Build Stability Today. Inspiring Futures Tomorrow.
